    Privacy policy

    If a buyer wishes to return or exchange an item, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable import customs charges. The item must be received in its original condition. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid.

    For exchanges, the item will be replaced and shipped back to you.

    Please note that the buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. In such cases, only a 50% refund will be issued.

    Returns & Exchanges:

    • Unopened & Perfect Condition: We'd be happy to offer a full refund for unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving them. Just send them back our way, and you'll get your money back (minus the return shipping cost and import custom charges).

    • Whoops! Damaged or Defective: If your item arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know within 14 days of receiving it. We'll arrange a return and get you a partial refund once we inspect the item.

    • Custom-Made Goodies: Since these are specially crafted for you, custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    Refunds:

    Once we receive your returned item in its original condition (think unopened boxes and unused items!), we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Just a heads up that the original shipping cost won't be refunded, and there's a 14-day window from your purchase date to request a refund.

    The cost of getting your goodies to you is on us! Here's a breakdown for international orders:

    • Customs & Import Taxes: Heads up, international friends! buyers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes charged by your country. To avoid any surprises, we recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

    • Customs Delays: Sometimes customs can take a bit longer to process things. While we can't control these delays,we'll do our best to get your order on its way quickly!
